This is my own recepi. This recepi first I tried for my darling daughter. She is one of the fan of kebabs. That is she loves every Chicken item that's contain sticks. One day I have got an idea of new recipe that contain stick. I looked my fridge for ingredients. I have Boneless chicken, Capsicum, bread slices and cheese. Then I think what to make with these. Then I turned to make my own experiment with these few ingredients. It was successful. My kids & husband loves very much.
During these Ramadan days, I want to share these recipes with you. I think this recepi will helpful for you to make your kids, your family & your guests happy & enjoying. This recepi is very simple. Only few ingredients needed. You can make this snack with in 15 minutes. This recepi is very helpful & interesting to make, because it doesn't need onion, tomato, masala etc. Only you can just fry the chicken pieces & stick them in a toothpick.
During these Ramadan days,this recepi is very helpful for batchlers & ladies who are working. People who are working can make these snack very easily & quickly for their iftar when they reached home. INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken - 400g
Capsicum -1
Cheese slices -2
Breadcrumbs - from 5 bread slices
Egg -1 to 2
Sunflower oil - for deep frying
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Chicken masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Salt - as required
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sunflower oil - 5 to 6 tbsp ( for frying )
PREPARATIONS
■ Take 400 g Boneless chicken, cut them into small cube sizes. Wash thoroughly by using lemon juice & salt. Keep aside for draining excess water.
■ Marinate the chicken cubes by using pepper powder, Turmeric powder, chicken masala, kashmiri chilly Powder, vinegar & salt.
■ Take a pan, heat 5 to 6 tbsp Sunflower oil. Transfer the chicken cubes & fry until chicken cubes gets cooked & fried. Once it fried, take out from the oil & transfer into a bowl.
■ Chop the Capsicum into small cubes.
■ Chop the cheese slice into small cubes.
■ Beat 2 eggs
■ Take 5 bread slices & cut them & grind into a bread crumbs.
■ Take a toothpick, firstly stick 1 chicken cube.
■ then secondly stick Capsicum cube.
■ Finally stick cheese cube.
■ Again stick chicken, Capsicum & cheese orderly. ( for 1 toothpick, it contain 2 chicken, 2 Capsicum & 2 cheese)
■ Dip the filled sticks in the beated eggs.
■ Then cover / cot it with Breadcrumbs.
■ Follow the same steps & stick reaming ingredients into the toothpick.
■ Take a kadai heat enough Sunflower oil.
■ Transfer the sticks one by one.
■ Fry the two sides until it turns crispy & light golden colour.
☆ THE TASTY AND CRISPY CHICKEN CHEESE STICKS READY .
☆ YOU CAN SERVE IT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP .
INSTRUCTIONS
● You can take toothpicks instead of other sticks.
● You can take any colour Capsicum. Here I used green Capsicum.
● You can use readmade Breadcrumbs instead of grinding bread slices.
● All the ingredients such as chicken, Capsicum & cheese should be cut into small cube size.
● The snack should be deep fried by using enough Sunflower oil.
