The taste of beef chilly is spicy and crispy.
Here red chilly flakes are used for marinating and garnishing beef chilly. So you can adjust the spiciness by increasing or reducing the amount of chilly flakes. I am the one who loves spiciness. So I used more chilly flakes for making beef chilly. It's very tasty when beef strips are marinated with different spices, deep fried in an oil and tossed with some sauces. I like this recipe very much. My family members, especially my husband and my kids were a great fan of beef chilly. We usually served beef chilly with parotta. It's a good combination.
