My family loves Avocado smoothie that I make most of the days. So, I thought I would try more avocado based drinks. Among these drink recipe, we likes Avocado cool punch, Avocado Mango smoothie. INGREDIENTS
Avocado - 1 big
Freezered Milk ( ice cubes) - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 6 tbsp
Cashiews - 10
Vanilla ice cream - for serving
Honey - for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
* Take fresh and green Avocado
* It's better to freeze milk. It gives a cool and refreshing smoothie when you add freezered Milk.
* If you are interested in garnishing, you can garnish the smoothie with sliced pistachios.
* If you are a fan of Cardomom, you can add a pinch of Cardomom powder or 1 whole cardomom whiling blending this smoothie.
* Its very tasty if you add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream while bkending the smoothie.
HOW TO CUT AVOCADO EASILY
* Wash the outside of Avocado and dry with tissue paper.
* Using Sharp knife, cut the Avocado in lengthwise.
* Gently twist the two halves to separate them.
* Twist the knife to pull out the big seed.
* Scoop out the fleshy green pulp by using spoon.
PREPARATION
Step 1
Take a big Avocado fruit, Cut the avocado and scoop out the fleshy green pulp.
Step 2
Transfer the fleshy green pulp into a blender.
Step 3
Add sugar and Cashiews
Step 4
Add 1 1/2 cup of freezered Milk. Then blend it until it turns to a smoothie texture.
Step 5
Take a serving Glass, squeeze honey to all sides of the Glass.
Step 6
Transfer the Avocado smoothie to this Serving Glass.
Step 7
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top of the smoothie.
The tasty and delicious Avocado cool punch is ready to serve. You can serve this smoothie with your snacks and dinner. Also you can treat your guest with this unique flavour of Avocado cool punch with these simple recipes.
