Chicken butterfly is an interesting and lip-smacking snack. This is one of the best snacks that can be cooked in a few minutes. No other special ingredients needed. Also it contain only 3 ingredients.

In that recepi it contain sticks, chicken cubes ,cheese and capsicum. But here in this Chicken butterfly recipe it need only three ingredients such as sticks (toothpicks), potato & chicken cubes.
I have tried these recipe during Ramadan days. It was successful at first time. My husband and kids likes very much. My kids likes it more because of its attractive outlook & taste. So yesterday I make again for my kids. It's sure that your kids also likes it more.
This is the best recipe that we can make very quickly. When we have surprised guest, we can make it fast. No fillings, no onion, no masala needed. No its very useful & helpful. You can just slice potato, then place the marinated chicken cubes on centre of potato, then stick it by using toothpick.
Let's follow my simple recepi to make CHICKEN BUTTERFLY.

COOK TIME : 15 MINUTES
SERVINGS : 3 PERSON

INGREDIENTS:
POTATO - 1 BIG SIZE
BONELESS CHICKEN - 250g
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 tsp
PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
CHICKEN MASALA - 1/2 tsp
KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 tsp
VINEGAR - 1tbsp
SALT
SUNFLOWER OIL - FOR FRYING
PREPARATIONS:
● Take 1 big potato
● Peel the skin
● Slice it
● Take 200g boneless chicken, cut them into cubes. Wash & rinse throughly by using salt & vinegar.
● Marinate the chicken cubes by using spices such as pepper powder, Turmeric powder, kashmiri chilly Powder, chicken masala powder, salt & vinegar.
● Take 1 potato slice
● place 1 piece of chicken cubes on centre.
● Just fold the two ends of potato slice.
● Then stick the potato edges by using toothpick.
● Follow the same methods & make other slices.
● Take a kadai, heat enough Sunflower oil
● Transfer the potato sticks one by one.
● Flip & fry both sides until the chicken gets cooked & fried.
CHICKEN BUTTERFLY READY TO SERVE
INSTRUCTIONS:
■ You can fry the chicken butterfly in a medium flame.
■ Use big potato for attractive outlook like butterfly.
■ Don't slice the potato too much thick & too much thin.
