Lasagna is an Italian dish made by thin flat sheets having layers of white sauce, cheese and a spicy chicken masala fillings. It is one of the most popular  and delicious dish that everybody loves. The recepi is very simple for quick dinner. Also you can pack it for your weekend outing.

BAKED PASTA LASAGNA


 Here I am sharing a good recepies of pasta lasagna. For making this recepi I used 400 g of long Pasta and 500 g of boneless chicken pieces. In authentic pasta, we use flat thin sheets for layering to make lasagna. But here my recipe is different .I am sharing a spicy, creamy and cheesy recepi of lasagna by using long pasta. This lasagna pasta is full of flavoures such as pasta, white sauce, spicy masala and mozerella cheese. This can be baked in an oven and takes less than 30 minutes to bake. 

Pasta lasagna is filled with two layers containing hot spicy chicken masala sauce, white sauce and mozerella cheese. These ingredients are filled in two layers,then baked and brings a unique taste and flavor. You can bake until the ingredients are combined together and cheeses is melted and browned. The external parts of this pasta lasagna makes a delicious outlook and the inner most part is tasty, soft, spicy , juicy, creamy and cheesy. It's sure that once you makes it you can't control your taste buds. It's one of the tasty and Delicious lip smacking dish that loved by people of all age groups.

Let's follow my simple and easy method to make Lasagna by using pasta. Make this Delicious pasta lasagna and enjoy your weekend meals.


INGREDIENTS


For cooking pasta

Pasta - 400 g

Water

Salt

Oil - 1 tbsp


For making chicken masala sauce

Boneless chicken - 500 g

Onion - 2

Tomato - 2

Capsicum -1

Ginger - small piece ( 1 inch long)

Garlic - 6 cloves

Green chilly - 5

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Tomato ketchup - 4 tbsp

Spring onion - for garnish

Oregano

Butter - 4 tbsp

Salt


For making white sauce

Butter - 6 tbsp

Maida 3 tbsp

Milk - 1 cup

Water - 1/2 cup

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Oregano 

Salt - pinch


For toppings

Chilly flakes (opt)

Mozerella cheese

Spring onion ( opt)

INSTRUCTIONS

* You can choose any type of pasta. Here I use long and thick pasta.

* You can cut the boneless chicken into a small pieces. It's better to use minced chicken.

* You must chop the onion and capsicum into a very small pieces. If you have a vegetable chopper, it's better.

* You can blend the tomatoes in a mixer grinder to make a fine tomato puree.

* Instead of minced chicken, you can prefer minced beef.


PREPARATION


👉   Take 400 g of pasta, transfer into a bowl, rinse and wash well. Then drain it.

👉 Take 500 g of boneless chicken, cut/mince them into small pieces. Wash well and drain it. Keep aside.


How to make spicy chicken masala sauce

👉  Take a vessel, add 90% of water and enough salt. Then add 1 tbsp of sunflower oil. Mix well. Once the water began to boil, add pasta and mix well. Then cook it well until the pasta gets 90% cook. Then drain the pasta by using strainer/ colander. Keep aside.

👉  Take a kadai, add enough butter, then add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger green chillies and enough salt. Saute  and roast well until it turns to a light golden colour.

👉  Add 4 tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix well. Cook them in a medium flame.

👉  Take a mixer grinder, add tomatoes and grind well until the tomatoes gets fine paste. Add this tomato paste/ puree into the kadai. Mix well.

👉  Add spices such as Turmeric powder, pepper powder and red chilly powder. Mix well. Close the Kadai and cook it for 5 minutes in a low flame.

👉  Remove the lid and check the masala, once it began to boil, you can add finely chopped / minced boneless chicken pieces. Mix the chicken pieces very well with the masala. Saute well in a high flame until the masala and chicken pieces turns to dry.

👉  Add oregano and chopped spring onions. Mix well and keep aside.


How to make white sauce........


👉  Take a sauce pan, add enough butter. Once the butter melts, add all purpose flour/ maida. Mix well until the maida and butter combined and turns to a fine thick paste. Remember to cook in low flame.

👉  Add  enough milk and water. Then mix well. Stir well by using wooden spatula. Once it began to boil, add a pinch of salt, oregano and pepper powder. Then mix well and again stir well with wooden spatula. Let them boil for 8 to 10 minutes until it turns to  creamy paste. Switch off the flame and keep aside.


BAKED PASTA LASAGNA



For layering...

👉  Take a baking tray, apply butter on all sides of the tray. 

👉  Then transfer the half portions of cooked pasta.

👉  Apply half portion of spicy chicken masala sauce on its top.

👉  Then spread mozerella cheese on its top.  (You can spread mozerella cheese all the sides to cover the sauces and pasta inside the tray)

👉  Then pour half portion of white sauces on the top of mozerella cheese.

👉  Transfer the remaining cooked pasta on the top of the white sauce.

👉  Then apply remaining spicy chicken masala sauce.

👉  Spread mozerella cheese again to cover all ingredients inside the tray.

👉  Pour the remains white sauce  on the top. 

👉  Garnish it with some chilly flakes and  chopped spring onions ( optional).

 

🔺  Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Then bake these layered ingredients in 200 degree C for 30 minutes.
