INGREDIENTS
BURGER BUN - 4
CHICKEN BREAST - 500 grm
CHEESE (SLICED) - 8
LETTUCE LEAVES - 4
TOMATO SLICED - 4
OIL - FOR FRYING
EGG - 1
MILK - 3 tbsp
FOR INSTANT BURGER SAUCE
MAYONNAISE - 3 tbsp
TOMATO KETCHUP - 1 tbsp
MUSTARD SAUCE (YELLOW) - 1 1/2 tsp
Add all these ingredients in a bowl and mix well, the creamy sauce ready .
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
SOYA SAUCE - 1 tbsp
PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tsp
GINGER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
GARLIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp
ONION POWDER - 1/2 tsp
SALT
FOR CHICKEN COATING
MAIDA(All purpose flour) - 1 CUP
CORN FLOUR - 4 tbsp
BREAD CRUMBS -2 tbsp
SALT - PINCH
ONION POWDER - 1/2 tsp
GARLIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp
GINGER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
PAPRIKA POWER - 1 tbsp

PREPARATION
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast and drain it for 5 minutes. Divide the Chicken breast thinly from one end to other end by using knife . Make 8 equal thin pieces or slice.
Step 2
Take a bowl , add Red chilly powder, pepper powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, soya sauce and enough salt. Transfer the chicken slices to these bowl and marinate well. Keep it in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
Take a bowl, beat 1 egg by adding 3 tbsp of milk and keep aside . Take a tray add all purpose flour, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder,cornflour, paprika powder and pinch of salt . Mix well and keep aside.
Step 4
Take a chicken slice , dip into the beated egg & milk mix , then coated well with maida cornflour mix. Coat all the chicken slices one by one by following these method.
Step 5
Take a KADAI, heat enough oil for frying. Transfer all the coated chicken one by one for frying. Fry the chicken slices until it turns to crispy golden brown colour.
Step 6
Take a burger bun , divide into two potions. (Lightly Toast two sides)
1 : Take one burger portion and apply instant burger sauce.
2 : Transfer 1 piece of fried chicken breast to its top.
3 : put 1 big tomato slice on its top
4 : Add 1 sliced cheese
5 : Add 1 piece fried chicken
6 : put 1 LETTUCE leaves to its top
7 : Add 1 sliced cheese
8 : Take the other paArir of that bun, apply instant burger sauce and close it.
Make other 3 burger by following these methods.
THE TASTY, CRISPY AND CRUNCHY ZINGER BURGER IS READY.
You can serve it with French fries 🍟 and cool drinks.
