INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN BREAST - 500 grm

GARLIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp

GINGER POWDER - 1/2 tsp

ONION POWDER - 1/2 tsp

RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 tsp

PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp

SOYA SAUCE - 1 tbsp

SALT 

SUNFLOWER OIL - FOR FRYING

FOR COATING

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR ( MAIDA) -  1 CUP

CORNFLOUR - 4 tbsp

BREAD CRUMBS - 2 tbsp

ONION POWDER - 1/4 TSP

GINGER POWDER - 1/4 tsp

GARLIC POWDER - 1/4 tsp

PAPRIKA POWDER - 1/2 tsp

SALT - PINCH

EGG - 1

MILK - 4 tbsp

PREPARATION

👉 WASH THE CHICKEN BREAST AND DRAIN IT FOR 5 MINUTES .

👉 DIVIDE THE CHICKEN BREAST THINLY FROM ONE END TO ANOTHER END BY USING KNIFE. MAKE 10 EQUAL THIN SLICES.

👉 TAKE A BOWL, ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, PEPPER POWDER, GINGER POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER,SOYA SAUCE AND ENOUGH SALT. MIX WELL. TRANSFER THAT CHICKEN SLICES INTO THESE BOWL AND MARINATE WELL. KEEP IT IN A REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 - 2 HOURS.

👉 TAKE ANOTHER BOWL,BEAT ONE EGG BY ADDING 4 tbsp OF MILK AND KEEP ASIDE.

👉 TAKE A TRAY, ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, CORNFLOUR, PAPRIKA,GARLIC POWDER,GINGER POWDER, ONION POWDER, BREAD CRUMBS AND A PINCH OF SALT. MIX WELL BY USING YOUR HANDS.

👉 TAKE ONE MARINATED CHICKEN SLICES, DIP INTO THE EGG & MILK MIXTURE. THEN COAT IT WITH MAIDA CORNFLOUR MIX. AGAIN DIP INTO EGG MIXTURE AND THEN AGAIN COAT WITH MAIDA CORNFLOUR MIX.  (NEED TO DIP AND COAT 2 TIMES).
 
👉 MAKE OTHER CHICKEN SLICES ONE BY ONE BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS.

👉 TAKE A KADAI, HEAT ENOUGH OIL, TRANSFER THE COATED CHICKEN SLICES ONE BY ONE . FRY THE CHICKEN SLICES UNTIL IT TURNS TO GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR IN A MEDIUM FLAME. YOU CAN TURN IT OTHER SIDE WHEN ONE SIDE OF CHICKEN SLICES ARE FRIED.

THE SPICY AND CRISPY  CHICKEN CRUNCH IS READY TO SERVE .YOU CAN SERVE IT AS A STARTER OR AN EVENING SNACK. YOU CAN ALSO SERVE THIS WITH BUN, CUBBOOS, MAYONNAISE, TOMATO KETCHUP etc.
