EGG - 6

RED CHILLY POWDER - 2 tbsp

TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 tsp

PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp

BIRYANI MASALA - 1/2 tsp

GINGER PASTE - 1/4 tsp

GARLIC PASTE - 1/4 tsp

GREEN CHILLI POWDER - 1/4 tsp

WATER - I tbsp

CURRY LEAVES  

SALT

SUNFLOWER OIL -  4- 5 tbsp(FOR FRYING)

PREPARATION

STEP 1

TAKE A STEAMER ,BRUSH OIL ON IDILY MAKER AND BREAK THE EGGS ( LIKE BULSAI) IN A IDLI MAKER.

STEP 2

CLOSE THE LID OF A STEAMER , LET IT COOK FOR 10- 15 MINUTES .

STEP 3

TAKE EACH EGGS FROM IDILY MAKER BY USING SPOON .

STEP 4

TAKE A BOWL . ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, PEPPER POWDER, BIRYANI MASALA POWDER,SALT, WATER AND CURRY LEAVES. MIX WELL UNTIL IT TURNS TO A THICK BATTER .

STEP 5

ADD THE STEAMED EGG TO THIS BOWL AND MARINATE WELL.

STEP 6

HEAT A PAN , ADD 4- 5  tbsp OF SUNFLOWER OIL. ONCE THE OIL HEAT, ADD THE MARINATED EGGS ONE BY ONE AND FRY IT. YOU CAN TURN IT WHEN ONE SIDE OF EGG IS FRIED. THEN, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND REMOVE FROM THE PAN.

THE TASTY AND SPICY IDI MUTTA OR STEAMED EGG FRY IS READY TO SERVE.

YOU CAN SERVE WITH HOT COFFEE OR TEA.
