SOFT BATURA - PARTY SPECIAL 

BHATURA  OR BHATURE  IS A FLUFFY  PUFFED AND DEEP FRIED INDIAN BREAD THAT IS POPULARLY SERVED WITH CHANA MASALA  ( Chole bhature)

IT IS MAINLY MADE FROM THE MIX OF MAIDA , YEAST ,EGG  MIXTURE .

SOFT BHATURA - PARTY SPECIAL

HERE MAIDA/ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IS MIXED WITH EGG, SALT , YEAST, SUGAR, MILK  AND WARM WATER AND GET A SOFT DOUGH. THIS DOUGH ARE FERMENTED AND DIVIDE INTO A SMALL BALLS , ROLLED AND THEN FRIED. BAT BHATURA IS VERY SOFT AND FLUFFY. IT GIVES SPECIAL TASTES . THE FLAVOUR OF BHATURA MAKES US HUNGRY. IT CAN BE SERVED WITH CHANA MASALA AND CHICKEN ,VEGGIES OR MUTTON STEWS. IT IS  VERY POPULAR FLUFFY BREAD WHICH SERVED IN PARTIES. IT WILL NOT GET WORSE FOR A DAY.  

LET'S FOLLOW THE STEPS TO MAKE SOFT BHATURA.


INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour -2 cup

Dried yeast -1 tsp

Sugar -1/2tsp

Salt -1/2tsp

milk -room Temperature

Egg - 1

Warm water - 3tbsp

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

Take a bowl .Add yeast ,sugar and salt .Add warm water and stir it well.close the bowl for 15min.

Add All purpose flour ,egg and mix well.

Add milk as required to  get perfect  dough consistency .

Make a soft dough by using your hands.

Keep this dough in an airtight container and give rest for 5hrs for fermentation.

Divide the dough into equal balls. 

Take a ball of dough, make a sheet like poori( the sheet will not bee too thin and thick ) by using  chapathi roller.

Make all other balls one by one .

Take a heavy bottemmed kadai.

You can fry this like a poori. When one side is fried you can turned it other side. Fry well until it turns light golden colour. Don't over cook otherwise it will be very hard to eat .
