INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour -2 cup
Dried yeast -1 tsp
Sugar -1/2tsp
Salt -1/2tsp
milk -room Temperature
Egg - 1
Warm water - 3tbsp
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
Take a bowl .Add yeast ,sugar and salt .Add warm water and stir it well.close the bowl for 15min.
Add All purpose flour ,egg and mix well.
Add milk as required to get perfect dough consistency .
Make a soft dough by using your hands.
Keep this dough in an airtight container and give rest for 5hrs for fermentation.
Divide the dough into equal balls.
Take a ball of dough, make a sheet like poori( the sheet will not bee too thin and thick ) by using chapathi roller.
Make all other balls one by one .
Take a heavy bottemmed kadai.
You can fry this like a poori. When one side is fried you can turned it other side. Fry well until it turns light golden colour. Don't over cook otherwise it will be very hard to eat .
DONT OVERCOOK ...!
