HERE THE CHICKEN PIECES ARE MARINATED WITH THICK AND CREAMY PASTE .THE MIX OF DIFFERENT FLAVOUR OF VARIETY SPICES ARE COMBINED WITH GINGER ,GARLIC& CHILLY PASTES. THEN LEMON JUICE AND YOGURT ARE ADDED TO GET EXTRA SOFTENES AND TASTES. THE WELL MARINATED CHICKEN PIECES ARE THEN DEEP FRIED IN OIL. IT IS SPICY AND HAVE A FLAVOURABLE SMELL. IT CAN BE SERVED WITH ANY DISH SUCH AS GHEE RICE , BIRYANI, PAROTTA, CHAPATI etc. THIS IS ONE OF THE POPULAR ITEM THAT ONE CANNOT AVOID. THIS IS ALSO A PARTY SPECIAL, WHICH CAN MAKE THE GUEST HAPPY.
Chicken - 1kg
Kashmiri chilly powder -3tbsp
Turmeric powder -1tps
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Biryani Masala -1tsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Ginger paste -1tbsp
Green chilly paste -1tbsp
Soya sauce - 1tpsp
Yogurt -1 tbsp
Hot chilly sauce - 1tsp
Kabsa masala -1tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Sunflower oil - for frying
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Cut the chicken 🐔 into 8 pieces .
Wash and dry water well.
Marinate the chicken with above ingredients such as Turmeric powder, Red chilly powder,pepper powder, biryani Masala powder, kabsa masala, ginger garlic chilly paste, yogurt, lemon juice,soya sauce etc.
Keep it in a refrigerator for 2hours.
Heat a kadai.
Add sunflower oil for frying.
Add the marinated chicken pieces into a kadai one by one. Fry all the chicken pieces until it turns to crispy and light brown colour. ( If you want colourful chicken fry, you can use Red food colour). When one side is fried you can turn it and fry other sides.
Tasty and mouthwatering chicken fry is ready to serve.
You can garnish the fried chicken with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this tasty chicken fry with chapathi, ghee rice ,biryani etc.
