All age of people need to include egg in their diet. Either we can boil & eat or make curry or sometimes omelette etc.
Here, I’m going to share a variety recipe by using Quails Egg. It’s very simple and Easy. Any one can make quickly without any tension. Even you can make your kids happy & Enjoying by this snack. Last week, means Sunday I was thinking to make a simple snack. I found Quails Egg in my Refrigerator. So i got an idea to prepare a snack with Quail Eggs. Finally I prepared it for my kid & my hubby. They both like very much. They said it was tasty, delicious & Amazing. So that I would like to share this recipe to you.
This is not only a simple snack but also a variety starter too. So you can make your guest happy & Enjoying .,
Let’s follow my simple recipes
INGREDIENTS
* QUAIL EGGS - 11 to 12
* KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER - 1 tbsp
* PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
* BIRYANI MASALA POWDER - 1/4 tsp
* SALT - a pinch
* COCONUT OIL - 3 tbsp
* CURRY LEAVES
* CORIANDER LEAVES / SPRING ONION
PREPARATIONS
* BOIL 11 OR 12 QUAIL EGGS, AFTER THAT REMOVE ITS SHELLS.
* TAKE A SAUCE PAN, HEAT 2 TO 3 tbsp OF COCONUT OIL.
* ADD CURRY LEAVES.
* ADD KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER, PEPPER POWDER, BIRYANI MASALA POWDER & SALT. JUST MIX IT & SAUTÉ WELL FOR 2 MINUTES IN A MEDIUM TO LOW FLAME.
* ADD BOILED QUAIL EGGS, MIX WELL WITH SPICES.
* SAUTÉ WELL FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES IN A MEDIUM FLAME.
* YOU CAN GARNISH IT WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES OR CHOPPED SPRING ONION.
* SERVE HOTLY.., ENJOY THE REAL TASTE …
