* THE KINDER EGG SURPRISE  IS A SNACK  THAT MADE FROM BOILED EGG AND MASALA MIX.

We know that children's are the one who loves the chocolates very much. Among them Kinder joy stand at top position. Because it is a popular chocolate that is shaped like an egg. There is a wrap and outside they got a tasty chocolate which contain huzzle nut. They are very much appreciated and interested to open the box. Because inside  the wrap there is not only a chocolate but also in other side there is a surprised toy which is packed. So they are very font of buying this chocolate.

Many children are very lazy to eat food and snacks. Most of the children wanted chocolates and other fast foods. 

So here I am sharing a   variety snack for children. The snack is another version of Kinder joy chocolate. Most of the children loves eggs . So  I makes this snack by using boiled eggs and little spicy masalas. Boiled eggs are separated and the egg yolk is mixed with onion and spice masala. Then it is shaped like a small chocolate balls and coated them in a egg and bread crumbs. Then these are deep fried in a oil until it turns to an attractive colour. You can also fry the egg white after it coated in an egg batter and breadcrumbs. Finally you can served in a serving plate by placing egg white and fried egg yolk masala balls in the centre  where egg yolks are placed earlier.

This is an interesting and appreciating snacks for children who loves kinder joy chocolate. It is shaped same like the kinder joy chocolate. So I am sure that you can also make this recipe best and can appreciate and enjoy your children.

Let's follow my simple recipes to make kinder egg surprise snacks for your children .


KINDER EGG SURPRISE



 INGREDIENTS

BOILED EGG - 4

EGG - 1 FOR DIP

ONION - 1 LARGE

GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1/2 tsp

GREEN CHILLY CHOPPED - 1/2 tsp

CURRY LEAVES - 1/2 tsp

CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/2 tsp

TURMERIC POWDER - 1 PINCH

PEPPER POWDER - 1 PINCH

BIRYANI MASALA - 1 PINCH

COCONUT OIL - 2 tbsp

SUNFLOWER OIL - FOR FRYING

CORN FLOUR - 1/2 tsp

SALT 

BREAD CRUMBS - 1 CUP

          Prep time : 15 min

          Cook time : 15 min

          Total time : 30 min

PREPARATION

 ° BOIL 4 EGG IN WATER.

° ONCE THE EGG BOILED, REMOVE ITS SKIN AND CUT OR SPLIT IN TWO SEPARATE PIECE.

° SEPARATE  THE EGG YOLK AND MASH BY USING HAND.

° HEAT A PAN, ADD 2 tbsp OF COCONUT OIL 

° ADD CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES.

° THEN ADD  1/2 tsp OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND 1/2 tsp OF CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY.

° MIX WELL .

° ADD 1 PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER , BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND BIRYANI MASALA POWDER EACH.

° ADD SALT AS NEEDED.

° MIX WELL UNTIL THE ROAST SMELL COMES..

° THEN ADD MASHED EGG YOLK AND CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES , CORIANDER LEAVES.

° SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.

THE MASALA FILLING IS READY.


° AFTER THAT TAKE ONE BOWL, 

ADD 1 EGG AND BEAT WELL BY ADDING 1/2 tsp OF CORN FLOUR POWER.

° THEN MAKE THE MASALA FILLINGS INTO  SMALL LEMON SIZE BALL.

° THEN DIP THIS MASALA FILLING BALL IN THE EGG CORNFLOUR  DIP.

° THEN COAT THIS BALL  IN TO THE BREAD CRUMBS. AGAIN DIP THESE IN THE EGG CORN FLOUR DIP AND AGAIN COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS.

° YOU SHOULD DIP EACH MASALA BALL  IN THE EGG  CORN FLOUR DIP  AND BREAD CRUMBS  FOR TWO TIMES.

° KEEP ASIDE AFTER FINISHING ALL MASALA BALLS.

 °THEN TAKE THE SPITTED EGG WHITE AND DIP IN THAT EGG CORN FLOUR DIP.

° AFTER THAT , COAT IT IN THE BREAD CRUMBS.

° TAKE A KADAI  OR SAUCEPAN 

° ADD SUNFLOWER OIL AS NEEDED  FOR FRYING.

° THEN FRY EACH MASALA EGG BALLS.

° WHEN ONE SIDE IS READY YOU CAN TURN THE OTHER SIDE TO FRY.

° FRY THESE EGG MASALA BALLS UNTIL IT TURN GOLDEN COLOUR OR FRIED COLOUR.

° AFTER THAT TAKE OUT FROM OIL AND KEEP ASIDE.

° THEN FRY THE COATED EGG WHITE.

° YOU SHOULD CARE WHILE FRYING EGG WHITE. ITS BETTER TO CLOSE WITH LID WHILE FRYING  COATED EGG WHITE.

° THE EGG WHITE IS NOT OVER COOK.  ONLY COOK UNTIL THE COATED EGG CRUMBS CRISPY.

° THEN OFF THE BURNER AND TAKE OUT FROM OIL.

° TAKE ONE PLATE ,

° TRANSFER THE FRIED COATED EGG WHITE.

° PUT THE FRIED EGG MASALA BALL IN THE CENTRE OF FRIED EGG WHITE--- THE EXACT PLACE WHERE YOU REMOVE THE EGG YOLK FROM EGG WHITE FIRST.

THE  TASTY KINDER EGG SURPRISE IS READY.

YOU CAN SERVE THIS  AS A TEA TIME SNACK FOR YOUR CHILDREN.

IT CAN BE SERVED WITH HOT TEA AND COFFEE.
