Dragon chicken noodles is a  very popular Chinese dish that both adults and kids likes. This is very tasty and mouthwatering. It is also used in parties to make the guest attractive and happy. This is the tasty dish that one can't avoid in any parties. You can made this either breakfast or dinner. You can also make a Tiffin for your kids - who loves the noodles much.

Dragon chicken noodles is a staple food of Chinese cuisine. But nowadays, noodles makes the tasty and best meals or snack for many cultures.

Noodles have different varieties such as Chicken noodles, Egg noodles, vegetable noodles, schezwan noodles etc. Among them Dragon chicken gets top in list because of its taste and flavor. Dragon chicken noodles is another version comes from dragon chicken. The only difference from dragon chicken and dragon chicken noodles is, in dragon chicken I used cornflour and water mix in the gravy. But here, the dragon chicken noodles I didn't add cornflour water mix into the gravy. I only make the gravy by using fried chicken and roasting vegetables. But the sauce and spice used in this is same like dragon chicken. After that I transferred cooked noodles and chilly flakes for final finishing.

The strings of happiness comes in many ways with variety ingredients to make spectacular treats. Having a  plate of noodles is the best way to enjoy with your taste buds. You can also make changes in sauces and ingredients by yours choice to make perfect or tasty noodles. Here I used simple and tasty ingredients for making this  yummy dragon chicken noodles.

While cooking noodles, time plays an important role. Because you don't want the noodles to be overcook and sticky. So you should read the instructions given on the  back side of the pack and cook them for a mentioned time. You can pour some cold water to avoid sticky texture. Before you adding noodles in a boiling water, drizzle a little oil to ensure that the noodles doesn't stick each other after it gets cooked.

Coming  to the sauce and seasoning, you can add other healthy vegetables as you like. Here I used crispy fried chicken and vegetables such as onion, capsicum, green chillies and carrot. You can also add chopped cabbage for extra tastes. I used tomato ketchup, red chilly powder, chilly flakes and soya sauce for extra spicy and taste.

Let's follow my simple steps to make tasty and Delicious dragon chicken noodles.

DRAGON CHICKEN NOODLES



INGREDIENTS

BONELESS CHICKEN - 250 grm

ONION - 1 MEDIUM

CAPSICUM - 1

CARROT - 1

RED CHILLY FLAKES - 1 1/2 tbsp
 
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 tsp

CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY - 2

SUNFLOWER OIL - FOR FRYING
 
TOMATO SAUCE - 1 tbsp.

NOODLES - 1 PACK  250 grm
 
FOR BOILING

WATER 

SALT 

SUNFLOWER OIL - 1tbsp
 
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION

SOYA SAUCE - 1 tbsp

CORNFLOUR - 2 tbsp

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 3tbsp

EGG - 1

KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER - 1 tbsp

PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp

SALT 

FOR INSTANT SAUCE

SOYA SAUCE - 2 tbsp

TOMATO SAUCE - 3tbsp

HOT CHILLI SAUCE - 1/2 tsp

KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER - 1 tbsp

IN A BOWL , ADD ALL THESE INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.
INSTANT SAUCE READY.

PREPARATION 

∆ WASH THE CHICKEN AND CUT THEM IN A LONG  AND THIN STICK PIECE -INCH LENGTH. THE  CHICKEN SHOULD BE CUT IN VERY THIN.

∆ MARINATE THE CHICKEN WITH 2 tbsp OF CORNFLOUR , 3tbsp OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, 1 EGG ,1/2 tsp OF PEPPER POWDER, 1 tbsp OF KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER ,1 tbsp OF SOYA SAUCE AND SALT AS NEEDED.

∆ KEEP ASIDE FOR HALF HOURS.

∆ WASH THE CARROT AND CAPSICUM AND CHOP THEM INTO LONG  AND THIN STICK  PIECE - 1 INCH .

∆ IN A VESSEL ADD MORE WATER AND BOIL IT.

∆ WHEN WATER BEGAN TO BOIL , ADD 1 tbsp OF SUNFLOWER OIL AND SALT AS NEEDED.
 
∆ THEN ADD NOODLES. WE SHOULD BROKE THE NOODLES BEFORE ADD INTO THE WATER.

∆ LET IT BOIL FOR 3 OR 4 MINUTES.

∆ DRAIN THE COOKED NOODLES FROM THE WATER AND POUR SOME COLD WATER INTO IT. ITS TO AVOID OVERCOOK.

∆ HEAT A PAN ADD SUNFLOWER OIL AS NEEDED TO FRY CHICKEN.

∆ THEN FRY  THE CHICKEN WHEN IT TURN TO CRISPY.

∆ WHEN CHICKEN IS READY...TAKE OUT FROM THE PAN AND KEEP ASIDE.

∆ IN THAT SAME OIL , ADD  1tbsp OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY.

∆ IF THERE IS  EXCESS OIL, YOU CAN TAKE OUT. 

∆ HERE FOR MAKING NOODLES WE WANT ONLY 3 tbsp OIL.

∆ AFTER ADDING GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 
ADD FINELY CHOPPED  1 MEDIUM SIZE ONION .

∆ SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES.

∆ AFTER THAT ADD CARROT AND CAPSICUM .
 
∆ THEN SAUTE WELL FOR 5 MINUTES.

∆ AFTER THAT ADD THE INSTANT SAUCE
AND MIX WELL.

∆ ADD THE FRIED CHICKEN PIECES AND MIX WELL.

∆ ADD SALT AS REQUIRED.

∆ TRANSFER THE COOKED NOODLES TO THESE INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL WITH FORK.

∆ THEN ADD  1 tbsp OF TOMATO SAUCE 

∆ ADD 1 1/2 tbsp OF RED CHILLY FLAKES.
 
∆ CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN A VERY LOW FLAME.

∆ AFTER 3 MINUTES, OPEN THE LID AND STIR WELL WITH FORK.

THE TASTY AND YUMMY DRAGON CHICKEN NOODLES READY.
