Here is an easy recipe of Cheesy Chicken Pizza with a mix of tangy tomato sauce, fried chicken cubes, Colourful capsicum, Sliced olive seeds, and an extra- bubbly mozerella cheese gives the Home made pizza the most delicious and Aromatic one.
My pizza dough gives extra soft and crispy. Preparing home made pizza dough makes it easy to prepare this deliciously different pizza. For making a pizza dough you need olive oil, All purpose flour, Warm water, Yeast and enough salt. Fermentation of dough takes 3 to 4 hours.
I made this Cheesy Chicken pizza last Friday. It's tastes little spicy and extra cheesy. When I am making pizza at home, I want to spread extra mozerella cheese for extra bubbly and extra crisp. I made this Cheesy Chicken Pizza in an oven. I preheated the oven for 15 minutes and bake the pizza in 200 degree C for 30 minutes. If you have no oven at home you can make it easily in stove top by using flat tawa or pan.

A piece of pizza with tomato ketchup and a cool drinks makes everybody happy and enjoying. You can serve this either as evening snacks or a light dinner.
Let's follow my simple recipes to make Cheesy Chicken pizza.
INGREDIENTS
For making pizza dough
All purpose flour ( maida) - 2 cup
Yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Warm water 1/2 cup
Normal water - 3 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
For making pizza sauce
Tomato - 1 big
Onion - 1 medium
Dried Red chilly - 3
Garlic cloves - 3
Paprika powder - 1 tbsp
Salt
Oregano - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
For chicken Marination
Chicken - 250 grm
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kabsa masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Oil - 5 tbsp
For toppings
Pizza sauce
Fried chicken
Capsicum - 1/2 of 1 medium capsicum.
Olive seed - 10 seeds
Mozerella cheese
Oregano
Chilly flakes

PREPARATION
👉 Take a bowl, add 1 1/2 tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 3 tbsp of normal water. Mix well and closed it for 10 minutes.
👉 Open the bowl, add 2 cup all purpose flour (maida) and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix it well with melted yeast mix. Then make a soft dough by adding 1/2 cup of warm water. ( If you measure correctly, you get perfect soft dough).
👉 Close the bowl tightly and keep it aside for fermentation. ( If you use Instant yeast you can keep only 3 - 4 hours for fermentation. If you use dried yeast, you can keep the dough for 5- 6 hours for fermentation).
👉 Take 250 grm of chicken breast pieces. Cut them into small cubes. Then wash and drain well. Take a bowl, add Red chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, kabsa masala powder, lemon juice and enough salt. Mix well and then transfer the chicken cubes into this bowl. Marinate the chicken cubes very well.
👉 Take a frying pan, heat oil and transfer the marinated chicken cubes one by one. Fry the chicken cubes until it turns to cooked and fried. ( No need to fry Crispy...because you want to bake this again with pizza. So it will burnt when you overcook it ).Once it gets cooked and fried, remove it from oil and keep aside.
👉 Take a pressure cooker, add 1 cup water and add 1 whole tomato, onion, dried red chilly and garlic cloves.( No need to cut/ slice the ingredients). Close the pressure cooker and cook until first whistles came. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
👉 Open the pressure cooker, take the vegetables. Remove the skin of tomato and keep it for warm.
👉 Take a mixer grinder, add cooked vegetables and 1/2 cup of water Grind well until it turns to a fine paste.
👉 Take a pan, transfer the grinded pastes. Boil them and make a think gravy paste like tomato ketchup. Add enough salt , oregano and paprika powder. Stir well every 2 minutes. Once it turns dry like gravy, you can remove it from pan.
👉 Take half piece of capsicum from a whole one. Wash and chop them in a small pieces. Keep it aside.
👉 Take 10 olive seeds, chop them slicely. Keep it aside.
Prepare and arrange all ingredients for topping the pizza.
Step 1
Take a round baking tin, apply some olive oil on the top of the baking tin. Then transfer the fermentated dough into this tin. Make a thin sheets by pressing roundly with your palm. Then make some holes by using fork.
Step 2
Transfer the pizza sauce and spread all parts. Then sprinkle some oregano, Chilly flakes and mozerella cheese.
Step 3
Spread the fried chicken cubes, chopped capsicum and olive slices on the top of sauce.
Finally, spread mozerella cheese. ( I used more cheese for getting extra bubbly and extra crispy texture). Then sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes. Bake the pizza in 200 degree C for 30 minutes.
The tasty, yummy and cheesy chicken pizza is ready to serve. You can serve this with tomato ketchup and cool drinks. You can make this cheesy chicken pizza at your home and makes your loved ones happy and enjoying.
