 Chicken is a world popular side dish that one can't avoid in their life. Also chicken is an ultimate dinner time winner.  A piece of  fried chicken makes your mind happy and keeps your mouth tasty and Delicious one. So chicken stands at top level in restaurant, small teashops, street food and even in houses.

Chicken can be cooked in different ways and it has number of varieties. Among them, here I am sharing a starter recipe made by boneless chicken cubes. It usually called as Chicken dynamite. These starter are very popular in Chinese restaurant. But today, it's available in all restaurants and even in parties.




CHICKEN DYNAMITE --- STARTER RECIPE



Here I am sharing a simple and tasty recipes of chicken starter that is essentially prepared by egg, maida, corflour, paprika, ginger powder, garlic powder,onion powder and soya sauce. Chicken pieces are sliced and coated with these ingredients and then deep fried in oil makes it as a chicken chunk. It is another version of chicken popcorn. But here a special sauce is used to make perfect chicken dynamite. The special sauce is prepared with tomato ketchup, Mayonnaise, chilly flakes, sugar and vinegar.

Chicken dynamite is a popular spicy and creamy sauce used to serve as a starter. This recipe is a mix of sweet and spicy  flavoures that comes together to makes a delicious one. You can also serve this with coleslaw, french fries as a side to maximise the taste of dynamite chicken 

Let's follow my simple recipes to make chicken dynamic at home. Dip your fried chicken in a tangy and sweet orange coloured sauce , then bring restaurant experience to your home.










CHICKEN DYNAMITE --- STARTER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS


Boneless chicken - 400 grm

Soya sauce - 2 tbsp

Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp

Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp

Onion powder - 1/2 tsp

Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp

Egg - 1 

All purpose flour ( maida) - 4 tbsp

Corn flour - 4 tbsp

Sunflower oil - for frying

White sesame seeds - for garnishing


FOR SWEET AND SPICY SAUCE

Tomato ketchup - 6 tbsp

Mayonnaise - 5 -6 tbsp

Chilly flakes  - 2 tbsp

Vinegar - 1 tbsp

Sugar - 1 tbsp


PREPARATION

👉  Wash and drain the boneless chicken very well. Cut them into small cubes.

👉  Take a bowl, add the soya sauce and  egg. 

👉  Transfer the chicken cubes into this bowl and mix well with egg and soya sauce.

👉  Then add spices such as onion powder, ginger powder, garlic powder,paprika powder, all purpose flour and corn flour. Mix  and marinate well with chicken egg mix.

👉  Keep it in a refrigerator for 15 /30 minutes.

👉  Take a pan, heat enough sunflower oil, add marinated chicken cubes one by one. Fry the all batches until it turn to light golden colour. Once it fried, take out from oil and keep aside.

👉 Take a bowl, add tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, red chilly flakes, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and make a creamy sauce.

👉  Transfer the fried chicken chunks to these sauce. Mix the chicken chunks well into the sauce until the chicken chunks are soaked in to this Sauce.
 
👉  Spread white sesame seeds for garnishing.

INSTRUCTIONS

🔺  If  you have no ginger, garlic, onion and paprika powder, you can just make a ginger garlic and green chilly paste. Then firstly  you can marinate well with soya sauce and keep it in a refrigerator for 10 minutes. After that you can marinate with egg, cornflour and maida mix.

🔺 While you frying the chicken cubes, remember to put the chicken pieces one by one. Its because, it's marinated with all purpose flour and cornflour. If we add together it will stick together while flying and it's hard and double work to Separate them.

  🔺 Don't over cook the chicken chunks. It's hard to eat. You can just fry two sides until it turns light golden colour and crispy.
