HERE IS AN EASY AND TASTY RECIPES OF BREAD. THE BREAD IS FILLED WITH CHICKEN MASALA AND CREAM CHEESE WHICH GIVES A SPECIAL FLAVOUR AND TASTES.
INGREDIENTS
CHICKEN BREAST - 1/2 KG
ONION - 2
CAPSICUM - 1
GINGER PASTE - 1tsp
GARLIC PASTE - 1 tsp
GREEN CHILLY PASTE - 1 tsp
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp
BIRYANI MASALA - 1/2 tsp
PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
CURRY LEAVES
CORIANDER LEAVES
SUNFLOWER OIL - 4tbsp
SALT - FOR TASTE.
BREAD - 1 BREAD (LARGE SLICES )
CREAM CHEESE - 1 tbsp for each bread slices.
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tbsp
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp
PEPPER POWDER - 1 tsp
BIRYANI MASALA POWDER - 1/2 tsp
SALT - FOR TASTE
FOR FRYING
EGG - 2
BLACK PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
SALT
SUNFLOWER OIL - FOR FRYING
PREPARATION
WASH THE CHICKEN AND CUT IN TO A CUBE SIZE.
MARINATE THIS CHICKEN PIECE WITH RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, PEPPER POWDER,BIRYANI MASALA POWDER AND SALT.
HEAT THE PAN WITH 4 tbsp OF SUNFLOWER OIL.
ADD THE MARINATED CHICKEN AND FRY UNTIL IT COMES CRISPY.
REMOVE THE CHICKEN FROM PAN .
ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONION INTO THE SAME OIL.
SAUTE THE ONION FOR 5 MINUTES UNTIL THE ONION COMES LIGHT BROWN COLOUR.
ADD CHOPPED GREEN CAPSICUM .
ADD GINGER , GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLY PASTE.
ADD SALT IF NEEDED .
SAUTE FOR 2 OR 3 MINUTES IN A MEDIUM FLAME.
ADD TURMERIC POWDER , PEPPER POWDER AND BIRYANI MASALA POWDER IN LOW FLAME AND MIX WELL FOR 5 MINUTES.
AFTER THAT ADD FRIED CHICKEN PIECES AND SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES
AT LAST ADD CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND KEEP ASIDE .
TAKE A BREAD SLICES AND REMOVE THE BROWN EDGES ( SIDE PORTIONS.)
ROLL THE BREAD INTO A THIN SHEET BY USING CHAPATHI ROLLER .
APPLY 1 tbsp OF CREAM CHEESE INTO THIS THIN BREAD.
ADD 2 tbsp CHICKEN FILLINGS IN THIS BREAD SIDE .FOLD THIS WITH OTHER EDGES (END SIDE OF SAME BREAD.)
PRESS THE BREAD SIDES WITH HAND.
FOLLOW THIS METHOD TO EACH BREAD SLICES.
IN A BOWL ADD EGG , PEPPER POWDER, SALT, CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
BEAT THIS INGREDIENTS FOR 3 MINUTES.
HEAT THE PAN AND APPY 2 OR 3 tbsp OF SUNFLOWER OIL.
DIP THE EACH BREAD FILLINGS INTO THE EGG BATTER AND PUT INTO THE HEATED OIL. TURN THE BREAD WHEN ITS ONE SIDE IS FRIED. FRY ALL THE BREAD FILLINGS IN A LIGHT GOLDEN COLOUR.
FRY THE ALL OTHER BATCHES.
YOU CAN SERVE THIS SNACK WITH HOT TEA AND COFFEE.
FOR BETTER TASTE YOU CAN DIP THIS CHEESE BREAD IN TOMATO SAUCE WHILE EATING.
